Lease Agreement

This is a legal contract to be completed by the landlord and prospective tenant of a residential property. It stipulates the duration/period the property is to be leased along with the rental amount.

Notice to Vacate

This is a legal document on a tenant by the owner of the property stating that he/she must move out of the property. It is usually served on the tenant when the lease agreement is about to expire or if the tenant refuses to vacate the property.
