When you join Scorpion Legal Protection, your welcome pack is sent to you within 4 weeks. Inside the welcome pack will be your schedule of insurance, your policy document, your FAIS notice and your membership card.
If 6 weeks have passed and you haven’t received your welcome pack, there are a couple of things you can do:
1 - Visit one of our full-service branches
Bring your ID document and we will gladly print your card for you while you wait. Not sure where your nearest branch is? Click here.
2 - Call us
Call Scorpion on 0861 333 333 and ask to speak to our Admin Department. One of our consultants will arrange to resend your card.
3 - Contact us online
You can send us a message on our Facebook page, use our LiveChat feature on our website (www.scorpion.biz), or send us an online enquiry. We will then call you to arrange a new card.
