Switch & Score Data Campaign Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Scorpion Switch & Score Data Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Communication Consent: By submitting your details, you authorise Scorpion Legal Protection to communicate with you through any of the following channels: SMS, WhatsApp, mobile app, social media (including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok), email, post, the Scorpion Legal Protection website, telephone, and voice message. You may opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the communication received. You can view our Privacy Policy here.
2. Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available to qualifying government employees.
3. Qualification for Free Data: To qualify for the R150 free data you must successfully switch your payment method from debit order to stop order.
4. Offer Validity: The switch to a stop order must be completed and confirmed by Scorpion Legal Protection before 15 November 2024 to qualify for the free data.
5. Data Redemption: Data to a maximum value of R150 (one hundred and fifty rand), cell phone provider dependent, can only be loaded onto your cell phone number.
   
   • The loading of the data will only be redeemed in the last two weeks of November 2024.
6. Liability: Although we take great care in issuing the data, Scorpion Legal Protection is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent the data from working, or if the data does not load correctly.
7. Non-Transferability: The R150 data is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
8. Offer Limitation: This promotion is limited to one data upload per customer. Multiple switches under the same account will not qualify for additional vouchers.
9. Promotion Termination: Scorpion Legal Protection reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the channels listed above.
10. Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the terms of this promotion may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any associated benefits.
